The Richmond Hope Foundation held the Second Annual Evening in the Vineyard Fundraiser on Saturday, October 24, 2009 at the James River Cellars Winery.

As the rain cleared and the sunset over the James River Cellars Winery, 125 guests arrived to enjoy fine wine provided by James River Winery as well as delicious food by a Sharper Pallete.  As the guests wined and dined the acoustic sounds of Van Driver filled the room.  

Outside tents housed all the silent auction items which were available for preview and bidding till 9:45pm. As bidding came to a close Richmond Rock Exchange entertained the crowd well into the evening. 

The mission of the Richmond Hope Foundation is to provide H.O.P.E. by sponsoring children for life-changing therapy services that enrich their lives and the lives of their families.  The mission includes a scholarship fund to help alliviate some of the financial burden that over 3,000 Richmond families incur as a result of therapy services for their family member.
